Our jewelry

• All of our diamonds are genuine, and none of our gold is plated unless otherwise noted. We test all diamonds and gold before offering them.
• We specialize in high-quality new, estate and custom-designed fine jewelry and gemstones.
• Every piece is professionally cleaned. Reflections in photographs can create light or dark spots that are not present on the actual item; any real markings are noted in the item's description.
• Lab-grown diamonds are always identified as lab-grown.

Payment

• Installment plans may be available at no charge on request.
• Purchases over $5,000 may need to be paid by bank-to-bank wire transfer.
• New York State purchases, including local pickups, are subject to New York sales tax (currently 8.625% in Nassau County).

Shipping, handling and insurance

• Please include a phone number with your order so the carrier can reach you. Multiple items are combined into one shipment whenever possible.
• All shipments are fully insured.
• For international shipments, we declare the full sale value, without exception. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility, and packages refused at customs cannot be accepted for return.
• We do not currently ship to Russia, Ukraine, Chile, Brazil, South Africa, Albania, Argentina, the Czech Republic or France. Shipments to China are limited to $2,500 per package.
• High-value international orders need extra time for documentation.

Appraisals

Independent, third-party certified appraisals are available for $75–$350 per item and are non-refundable. Grading of jewelry involves professional judgment, and opinions can vary between appraisers.
