9.10ct Asscher-Cut Tanzanite Men's Ring in Pink Gold

A 9.10ct Asscher-cut tanzanite of Block D, AAA grade, flawless, with a vivid and nearly pure blue color (tanzanite usually shows purple and red flashes as well). It is bezel set for protection, and a custom basket beneath the stone brings out its full depth of color.

The surround is .60ct of VVS1, F-G color round brilliant diamonds in a French scoop setting, which gives the look of a continuous row of diamonds without traditional prongs. The ring is 17 grams of 14/18kt pink gold, with white gold under the diamonds. Pink gold is difficult to work, and few jewelers will take it on.
