Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request

Complete this form within 7 days of delivery. We review every request and reply by email, usually within one business day, with your RMA number and the return shipping address.

Before you start, please read our Returns Policy. Items must come back in exactly the same condition as shipped, with all packaging, paperwork and laboratory reports. Custom orders, altered pieces and final-sale items are not returnable. Approved returns are refunded less a 10% restocking fee (waived if the item is defective or not as described).

The item is unworn and unaltered, in exactly the condition received, and I have all original packaging, paperwork and laboratory reports. I have read the Returns Policy and understand that returns are accepted at MM Fine Jewelry and Gems' discretion, that I pay insured return shipping, and that a 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns unless the item is defective or not as described.
