Reserving takes a deposit through our secure Square checkout; the balance is due when the ring is ready, usually 5 to 7 business days after the stone is confirmed. We re-check the stone's availability and the day's metal market and confirm everything in writing with a photo of the lab report. Refunded in full if we cannot make it as specified. Insured shipping or hand delivery on Long Island and in New York City.
